Lourdes Bringing Back the Eighties that was Madonna’s Fashion

April 16, 2012 Entertainment No Comments

Many of us girls remember dressing like Madonna in the eighties. It was the Madonna fashion that influenced nearly every aspect of a girl’s social life. The material girl’s music not only set the tone for party, she was the hugely influential fashion icon of the eighties, and it still continues to this day.

On the heels of Madonna and 15-year old daughter, Lourdes’, Material Girl fashion line that has taken off, Madonna is rehearsing for her upcoming MDNA tour that kicks off in Tel Aviv in May 2012, While at Macy’s Herald Square to promote her new ‘Truth or Dare’ perfume, Madonna confirmed that the music will be off her 12th studio album which is a hit. It looks that her perfume is also set to be a sell-out. Madonna is also finding time to still help Lourdes with the Material Girl line while rehearsing and raising four children.

The Material Girl line that seems to be helmed by Madonna’s 15-year old daughter, Lourdes, is a firm

favourite with teenagers everywhere and one can see why. Much of the style of the line is in keeping with Madonna’s early eighties

style that eventually influenced womens designer clothing with many couture designers clamouring to custom-design Madonna’s wardrobe. Nowadays, teens who obviously did not experience the original Madonna, are excitedly embracing the eighties fashion with many clamouring to get their hands on the designer label.

Even celebrities are huge fans and Kelly Osbourne, enjoys Lourdes’ designs and style, which she clearly gets from her mom. Kelly is the brand ambassador and says it is pretty exceptional in the way of characteristics and style. Designers everywhere are coming up with boutique dresses for summer that the younger women are looking for, but teenagers are sticking to Madonna fashion, helmed by Lourdes, to get their style fix.
