Donald Trump Sets Sights on the Oval Office

It’s election time for the United States again. Voters and candidates are getting ready for an all-out battle of wit, intelligence and power. Donald Trump has fallen back on his original decision to stay out of the presidential race and has decided that Donald Trump for president is an apt title for one of the most powerful and driven men in America.

As the most famous property and business magnate, one of the wealthiest men in the United States, and the man behind ‘The Apprentice,’ and coined the phrase ‘You’re fired,’ Donald Trump believes he would do well to drive the helm of the most powerful country in the world. Stating, on Tuesday 3rd January 2012, that he is prepared to run for President of the United States, Mr. Trump believes his ideals and love for America will put the people at the forefront of his decisions to turn the country around. He wants to be doing this not in an office for rent in one of his many properties, but from within the Oval Office, behind the desk that JFK used to run the country.

Donald Trump was taught, from an early age to helm a big corporation so for him running a country shouldn’t be too hard. He began his career at his father’s company, the Trump Organisation, and concentrated on middle-class rentals, which he made a huge success of. In 1971 Trump moved back to Manhattan and saw the huge potential for the property market to grow quite substantially. Trump then, with the assistance of the City of New York, revamped the Penn Central Yards and turned the bankrupt Commodore Hotel into the highly profitable Grand Hyatt.

Life does tend to hand out lemons, sometimes – even those with lots of money – and Trump suffered some financial setbacks in the early part of the nineties. But, being the tenacious and driven man that Donald Trump is known to be, he set himself back on course and turned his business into the empire that it is today.

Whether Donald Trump runs a business from executive suites in Charlotte or his empire from executive suites at Trump Tower, this man certainly has it in him to convince voters that Donald Trump for president is the right way to go.

Celebrities and politics no longer consist of a line that cannot be crossed. Celebrities turn to politics and politicians gain celebrity status. Arnold Schwarzenegger is now the Governor of California and just recently Wyclef Jean was considering running the presidential race for Haiti. In a recent interview, billionaire mogul Donald Trump has revealed that he has some interest in looking into the USA presidential campaign in 2012 but he feels that this will be unlikely owing to certain circumstances.

Donald Trump is known around the world as an American business magnate. Donald Trump wears many hats and is a real estate developer as well as an author and a television personality. Here are a few facts about Donald Trump:

  • Trump World Tower in New York is valued at $290 million
  • As well as starring in the reality TV hit show the Apprentice, he was also the executive producer of the show.
  • There is a Donald J Trump Award that is given to individuals who make “significant impact on the evolution, development and perpetuation of real estate throughout Greater Los Angeles”.
  • Donald Trump enjoys watching professional wrestling as well as playing golf

Donald Trump is always in the news for his various real estate ventures, but now, Fox News reported that Donald Trump was seriously considering running for president in 2012. Donald Trump told Fox News that he does not approve what is happening in this country and because of this now he is seriously considering running for president.

Donald Trump has said that many people over the years have asked him if he would run and he has always declined up until this point. He said that the public should expect some political movements from him in the future but he will not yet reveal what those movements might be.
We do not know yet if Donald Trump will go ahead with this idea but there is no telling what this business guru has up his sleeve and we wouldn’t expect anything less from a man who always gets what he wants.

Shared Custody for Halle Berry and her Ex

Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry and her ex boyfriend, Canadian supermodel Gabriel Aubry, split up in April this year after being together for 4 years. Halle Berry met Gabriel in 2005 while working on a Versace photoshoot, and in 2008 the couple had a beautiful daughter, Nahla Ariela Aubry. The separation was described as amicable, and Gabriel praised Halle Berry as “one of the most special and beautiful people that I have ever known”.

It seems that despite the break-up, gorgeous Halle Berry and her former beau, who is 9 years her junior, are doing all they can to ensure they both spend quality time with little Nahla. Earlier this month the pair were seen spending the day at Disneyland with their daughter, and only yesterday photographers spotted Halle Berry (dressed down but still managing to look lovely) shopping in West Hollywood while Nahla spent the day with her dad, playing on a climbing frame in a Beverly Hills park.

The next acting project Halle Berry will be taking on is Dark Tide, which will be filmed in South Africa. Gabriel Aubry will be accompanying Halle Berry and Nahla to South Africa for the duration of the filming, and her dad will look after her while her mom is on set. While the two say there is no chance of a romantic reconciliation, they are happy to spend time together and the welfare of their little girl is their top priority. Halle Berry will make her next big-screen appearance in the psychological thriller Frankie and Alice, which is due for release this year.

Keira Knightley Loves Life on the Water

Beautiful actress Keira Knightley is one of the British celebrities known to own Bayswater property, but at the beginning of 2010, she and her boyfriend Rupert Friend rented a weekend home with a difference. Keira Knightley and Rupert Friend made waves in London’s East End this January when they were spotted walking along the canal where they rented a house boat as a romantic hideaway.

The best-known Keira Knightley films are the swashbuckling Pirates of the Caribbean adventures, and it seems only natural that she would feel at home on such a vessel – but this quaint little canal boat is a far cry from the majestic pirate ships Keira Knightley is usually associated with! The couple rented the canal boat until February, and spent many evenings there while Keira Knightley starred in The Misanthrope at London’s Comedy Theatre and Rupert Friend performed at the Garrick Theatre.

Keira Knightley reportedly hates staying in hotels for long periods of time when filming in the US, and would far rather have a space to call her own. In 2005, some very lucky Central London estate agents sold Keira Knightley her first home, a £ 800,000 flat in the affluent Mayfair district. Keira Knightley is also rumoured to own properties in Dublin and Los Angeles, but the paparazzi have yet to track them down.

The glamorous star has just finished working on Never Let Me Go. The new Keira Knightley movie follows the lives of a group of friends who meet at boarding school where things are not as idyllic as they seem. The movie reunites Keira Knightley with Carey Mulligan, one of her Pride and Prejudice co-stars. Fans of gorgeous 25-year-old English actress Keira Knightley are marking their calendars for the film’s release in October this year.

Sugababes Turn Heads at Pre-Wimbledon Party

Last night the first pre-Wimbledon party of the season was held at the Kensington Roof Gardens in London. The gorgeous rooftop garden is a venue that would make any estate agent Kensington area drool, and the celebrities who attended, from the Sugababes to the Williams sisters, were just as beautiful.

The Sugababes, who have been named the most successful female act of the 21st century, turned heads in their elegant outfits as they posed for photographers at the party, which was hosted by Richard Branson. The trio is said to currently be hard at work on a new Sugababes album, but this star-studded event brought them out to play. While Jade Ewan and Amelle Berrabah wore tight-fitting dresses, Sugababes starlet Heidi Range donned a pale pink frock that caused a stir when a gust of wind lifted the flowing skirt, causing her to strike a pose like Marilyn Monroe!

Apart from the Sugarbabes, other guests mingling at the glitzy event included Gavin Henson, Russell Brand, Venus and Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova. Sightseers and those in the area browsing for property for sale Kensington were treated to a feast of celeb-spotting opportunities!

The latest Sugababes news is that the group is involved in a legal wrangle with former member Mutya Buena over the trademark of the Sugababes name, but the 3 stars seem unconcerned and are focusing their efforts on the new Sugababes album.
